About the Founder
Dr. Rasheida Ross is an educator and founder of the ALIGNÉ ecosystem, a connected framework designed to support students’ social-emotional development across classrooms, families, and everyday learning experiences. Through years of working with students across varies grade levels, abilities and educators, she recognized the need for a structured system that helps schools implement social-emotional learning consistently. Dr. Ross doctoral research focused on social-emotional learning implementation and the impact of consistent SEL practices on student development. This research, combined with her professional experience, informed the design of the ALIGNÉ SEL™ ecosystem.
